Set Up Your Streaming Device

Our standard streaming device is the onn 4K. We normally install and configure the apps before shipping your device. Each TV needs its own compatible streaming device; a regular account supports up to three TVs.

If We Prepared Your Device

1. Connect the onn device to your TV using HDMI and connect its supplied power adapter to a wall outlet.
2. Select the matching HDMI input on your TV.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to pair the remote and connect to your home Wi-Fi. Complete any requested setup or updates.
4. Open the TV app we installed and use the service credentials supplied with your order if prompted.
5. Test playback. Contact us if you need help.

Already Have a Fire TV / Firestick?
